Spending 10 to 15 minutes stretching each morning is effective at helping you wake up, loosening your muscles for the day ahead — and it’s considered a form of exercise.

Thanks Mike. Lovely day. I am at the point where my lower back has a dull ache most of the time. Right now Dr. Ho is shocking my back. Not sure it helps but maybe it's my masochistic nature. Thanks for staying in touch. Besides wanting to get back to visiting your clinic I really need a haircut. Never gone this long without one. Take care and stay healthy. Tom
