Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves the insertion of extremely thin needles to various depths at strategic points on your body. Acupuncture originated in China thousands of years ago, but over the past two decades its popularity has grown significantly within Canada. Although scientists don't fully understand how or why acupuncture works, some studies indicate that it may provide a number of health benefits — from reducing pain to helping with pregnancy -induced nausea.
If you’ve been to a chiropractor before and prefer to be adjusted in a particular way, let Dr. Michael Mekis know. We want you to relax, enjoy and fully benefit from your chiropractic care.
